We're looking for an active Recruiter who has networked with other communities and has the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Must be willing to dedicate time in Recruitment forums and monitor AFD website forums daily. This position would recruit for the following simulations AFD currently competes in:

*Star Citizen
*Arma3 Exile

Position Specifics:
-Establishes recruiting requirements by studying AFD plans and objectives; meeting with supervisors, managers and officers to discuss needs.
-Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, Roberts Space Industries recruitment app, media, and internet sites; providing AFD information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
-Determines applicant requirements by studying position specifics and job qualifications.
-Attracts applicants by placing advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and related sites.
-Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
-Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging community tours; assisting with new user registration within AFD website and utilizing all AFD official forms of voice communication.
-Evaluates candidates by discussing job requirements and candidate qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
-Manages new member on-boarding by determining new member requirements; getting candidate in TeamSpeak, Discord and providing community introductions.
Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring outside gaming communities practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
Manages recruit program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring recruit job contributions; coaching recruits; advising managers on training and coaching.
Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
