Made some changes to hopefully improve server FPS and performance, shouldn't notice much "in-game" other than increased FPS.

Not sure I have satisfactorily corrected this enough, will continue to monitor and make adjustments. Let me know if you notice anything better/worse in game.

There is improvement in the server performance after monitoring it for a day.

I think without really scaling back on AI this is the best we're going to get. I've done some things with the AI animation and tightened up the missions a bit, it's made a 10-20 frames on average improvement "server side" which is really very good considering many people feel 20-30 frames server side is enough to play without lag we're well above now. Curious to see how the towing is effected if at all.
I'm going to lock this since it's primarily an announcement about some of the work we're doing to improve things on the back-end and I fear it will turn into a towing thread from here on if I don't. :D
