Changelog:

-Adjusted spawn rates of the large missions. All large missions have their RNG spawn chance rolled more frequently. In addition, big missions now have a chance to spawn immediately upon a fresh server start.

-Trader Occupation mission RNG has been adjusted to be slightly less likely to occur.

-Important Big mission logic rules that still apply:
  • Only 1 Big Mission can exist at a time. Once a big mission is completed, another may spawn.
  • There may be no repeats of big missions. Meaning, if you complete the Trader Occupation, another trader occupation cannot spawn during the same server session. Only a big mission of a different variety may spawn.
-Added a "band-aid" to the Advanced Towing System that the servers use. I have been unable to prevent tow cables from breaking due to latency, however I have come up with a way to get around the problem:
  • In the event that the towing cable breaks due to latency issues, the towed vehicle will automatically become attached to the towing vehicle at a fixed position. Once this occurs, a player may detach the vehicle whenever they please by interacting with the towed vehicle. This fix is in no ways pretty, but it works and is better than having to reattach cables over and over.

Are the base attacks still in? Are they considered a big mission?

They are still in, just very rare. They are not considered a big mission and can happen at any time so long as its nighttime and there are players online to defend the base in question.
