Changelog:

-Reduced the price of the the As50 and the M107. Both rifles do not perform as well as they should, so I felt an adjustment was nessesary. The Gm6 Lynx is again the most expensive rifle on the server, as it is much better than the As50 and M107.

-Removed scratchies from the PVE server. A couple of bugs involving the lottery script were causing many players and myself undue stress and headache. I may attempt an overhaul of scratches in the future, but for now it is discontinued.
