Changelog:
-Added in a ten minute wait after server restart before a mission may be voted open. This is to prevent the early bird player from logging in and opening all the missions before anyone else has a chance to join.
-Fixed an issue with players not getting mission completion credit for Bandit Ammo Dump.
-Fixed an issue with missions expiring when they shouldn't. (I think)
-Upon death, a spare map is now added to your body so that you can still see the map while dead. The Drop-All death script was removing your map and placing it in the purple container.
