Please be as specific as possible, if there is a way to duplicate your problem provide that information in your first post. We are experiencing severe problems with our game server in New York City. Our server has been unavailable since approximately Aug 21, 2023, at 7:00 pm EST and is still unavailable as of the time of this post. We are working with our host and the NYC data center to resolve this issue and hope to be back online within a few hours.
