Exile Servers Update 10/5/2023
"The First New Server Mod in 5 or 6 Years"

Changelog:

-Added 2 New Required Mods to the Servers:
-FIREWILL Aviation Pack (Complete): https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... 1381545544
-AFD_Mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... 3045027227

Both of these mods are now required. Alternatively, for FIREWILL Aviation you could download each aircraft mod separately and that would work, but it is easier to just get the complete pack.

-FIREWILL Aviation Aircraft are now available at the NATO Carrier/Jet Trader.

-Non-dynamic loadout jet aircraft no longer spawn at the NATO Carrier/Jet Trader. They are now available at the normal aircraft trader. There is a small chance that a non-dynamic jet will spawn in one of the helicopter spots, but they will never take the place of a dynamic jet.

-The NATO Battlegroup now has multiple chances to spawn per restart, increasing the likelihood of it showing up.
-The NATO Battlegroup now can exist at the same time as the NATO Artillery Base. Prior to this, only one or the other could exist at the same time.
-Missiles fired from the NATO Battlegroup can no longer accidentally lock onto a player.

-ULTIMATE VEHICLE BONANZA SALES! - After completing a certain number of Hardcore Missions in a given restart, special vehicle sales can be unlocked. Completion credit is shared amongst all players, so if one player finishes a hardcore mission this will count towards unlocking a sale for everyone!
-As a reward for completing 2 Hardcore missions in a restart, the vehicle traders will low-tier artillery pickup trucks!
-As a reward for completing 3 Hardcore missions in a restart, the vehicle traders will unlock all vehicles for purchase!
-As a reward for completing 4 Hardcore missions in a restart, the vehicle traders will unlock certain armed UAVs for purchase!
-As a reward for completing 5 Hardcore missions in a restart, the aircraft trader will add all dynamic-loadout fighter aircraft to their inventory!
-As a reward for completing 6 Hardcore missions in a restart, the vehicle trader will add all artillery vehicles to their inventory!

-FIREWILL Aviation Aircraft are now incorporated into the CAP mission.
-Bundeswehr faction now incorporated into the CAP mission.
-Reduced the duration of the CAP mission from 20 minutes to 15 minutes.
-The spawn rates of enemy aircraft will now increase the more players there are in the CAP circle.
-Higher chance of enemy air-superiority fighters spawning than before.

-Added a new non-claimable server event for the Altis Servers: The Enemy Frigate.
An enemy warship has been spotted off the coast of Altis. The AFD corporation will handsomely reward anyone who can help take it out. On the PVE server this mission is always open to all players and cannot be claimed.
-Added new daily and weekly challenges for the Frigate Event.

-Added a new convoy type: CSAT Futura Convoy
-CSAT forces have been spotted transporting an advanced new weapon system codenamed Project: Futura. Intercept it before they make the delivery!

-There is now a small chance that the T-100X will spawn at the CSAT SAM Site as an enemy.

-Mission and event spawn frequency now increases the more players there are on the server. This should result in more missions and enemies populating the map faster as the player count goes up.

-Implemented the new Xm8 commander app by Rabbitworks. This new app for the Xm8 provides many quality of life features for managing your territory, keeping track of vehicles, and more. You can find it on the home screen of your Xm8.
-Removed the vanilla Exile Health Scanner App. The Xm8 commander features an improved version.

-(PVE Server Only) Convoys have been incorporated into the mission-claiming system on the PVE server. Claiming convoys works differently than mission claiming:
-For convoys, claiming is on a per-unit basis. To begin claiming, simply attack the convoy you want to attack. Dealing damage to a convoy unit will automatically claim that unit as well as nearby units for you and your squad. A player's claim on a convoy unit will expire if the player is killed or if the player is more than 2000m away from the enemy unit.

-Safer vehicle reward claiming. When claiming a vehicle reward, the vehicle will now parachute like normal until it is just a short distance from the ground. Then it will be in your hands to place it in a safe location.

-Players with advanced repair training will now duct tape repair 10% faster. 25% faster if the player also has a ToolKit.

-Your death crate can now be easily loaded into a boat or SDV. This can be done underwater.

-Players now respawn with a Zubr revolver. If it is nighttime, you will also respawn with a pistol flashlight/IR Laser Combo.

-(PVE Server Only) Made a few more construction objects from Extended Base Mod Available to craft.

-(PVE Server Only) A missile fired by a player will now automatically loose targeting if locked onto another player. Accidental friendly fire at the CAP mission or Greifing with missiles should be near-impossible now.

-Improved ammo price generation algorithm for missiles and bombs. The improved algorithm now factors in additional elements such as submunition damage, submunition quantities, max lock-on range, speed, and maneuverability. Support for new GPS-Guided weapons has been added. Additional price balancing has been performed the other guidance types (Laser, IR, Visual/Contrast, Radar, Manual).

-Expanded the possible vehicle challenge rewards to include fighter aircraft and more.

-A aircraft's radar cross-section (stealth rating) now factors into it's value.

-You may now receive wages inside of an occupied trader city. You will no longer receive wages in the liberated IDAP camp safezone.

-Fixed data-link being broken on some vehicles that should have had it.

-Improved the effectiveness of CRAMs/CIWSs at engaging incoming munitions.

-Player-controlled UAVs and UGVs will now continuously update to the database just like normal vehicles. This will allow more accurate saving of unmanned vehicles.

-Fixed an issue with driver/passenger kill assists not working.

-Added an additional camo to the paintshop courtesy of @GodOfTheSea

-(PVE Server Only) Freeing a hostage at IDAP hostages now requires mission permissions.

-Added a 5 second wait between virtual garage withdrawals to fix a vehicle duplication bug.

-Removed the FV432 mortar variant as a possible reward from NATO artillery base. It is configured improperly and doesn't work as an artillery vehicle. (Bugged)

-You can now only teleport to the deck of the USS Freedom after falling off if you are not in a vehicle.

-Increased the number of magazines that can possibly spawn with a weapon in randomly generated building loot.

-Reset challenges timer.

-Improved backend logging.

Known Bugs:

-Ejection seats on most (or all) of the new aircraft do not work properly. You must be wearing a parachute backpack to have any chance of surviving an ejection.

-There could very well be new bugs introduced with this update. Please report any odd server behavior.
