Changelog:
-The IDAP hostage mission no longer instantly fails if a hostage is killed. All 6 hostages now need to be killed for the mission to fail.
-Killing a hostage now results in a much higher respect loss of -20,000.
-PVE Only: The Reward crates at Ammo Dump should now properly show up for all previously unauthorized players 10 minutes after the mission completes.
