Disabled player-to-player damage.
Extended Base flag capture time to nearly impossible to ever steal a flag.
Adjust zombie spawn multipliers to reduce a tad.
Increased zombie damage a tad.
Increased loot spawns everywhere. (Rare military equipment will still be rare but more likely in military areas)
Increased base building parts. (will monitor performance and adjust as necessary but for the moment there is essentially no limit)
Server-side enforcement of no-build zones.
